Little Room is a solo WordPress consultancy run by me, Jason Cosper. This page covers what I do with your data, which honestly isn’t all that much.

Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you enter along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
The contact form uses Cloudflare’s Turnstile service for spam mitigation, which is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
As of March 2026, when you submit the contact form, your email address is added to my mailing list via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You will receive a confirmation email before any messages are sent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Kit’s handling of your data is subject to Kit’s privacy policy. Email addresses collected before March 2026 were not added to the mailing list.
Booking a Consultation
Consultation calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. This data is subject to Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Your email address from the booking is also added to my mailing list via Kit. The same double opt-in process applies. You will receive a confirmation email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Purchasing Services
When purchasing a service from Little Room, you’ll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page. Stripe’s privacy policy covers how they handle your data.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Stripe has access to any data you enter into a checkout form linked from this site.
Cloudflare’s Turnstile service processes certain browser and IP information for the purpose of verifying non-bot traffic. At the time of writing, Cloudflare states this data is used solely for that purpose.
Cal.com has access to the name, email address, and booking details you provide when scheduling a consultation.
Kit has access to your email address and first name for the purpose of sending email communications. No other personal data is shared with Kit.
How Long I Retain Your Data
Contact form submissions and their metadata are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Mailing list data is retained in Kit until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your Rights
If you’ve submitted the contact form or booked a consultation, you can request an export of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you provided directly. You can also request that I erase your personal data. This does not include data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting me directly.
Where Your Data Is Sent
I keep as little of your data as possible from leaving my server. The exceptions are Cloudflare’s Turnstile service (for contact form submissions), Cal.com (for scheduling consultations), Kit (for email communications), and Stripe’s checkout page (if you’re purchasing a service).
